#2 – QUOTE OF THE WEEK

“You just can’t beat the person who never gives up” – Babe Ruth

#3 – JOKIC’S HISTORIC TRIPLE-DOUBLE LEADS NUGGETS TO VICTORY OVER KINGS

Nikola Jokic delivered a historic performance in the Denver Nuggets’ 132-123 victory over the Sacramento Kings, recording 35 points, 22 rebounds, and 17 assists—numbers never before achieved in NBA history. The Nuggets, who have now won four straight games and 12 of their last 15, built a commanding 25-point lead thanks to Jokic’s dominance, strong defensive efforts by Christian Braun and Peyton Watson, and solid contributions from Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr., and Russell Westbrook. Despite a late fourth-quarter rally by the Kings, Denver held on to secure the win, with Jokic stabilizing the team when needed. On the season, Jokic is averaging a triple-double and continues to be the driving force behind Denver’s success, solidifying his case as one of the league’s most valuable players. Did you see that shot that he made 66 feet away?? His quote- “I knew it was going in.”

Colorado now has 20 ZIP codes with a median home list price exceeding $1 million, led by Aspen’s 81611, where the median is $3.67 million. Ski resort areas dominate the list, including Snowmass (81654) and Telluride (81435), while Vail, Steamboat Springs, and Crested Butte also make appearances. AND ONE MORE GREAT THING…

My wife, Jill, received a well-deserved award for a Cherry Creek Schools Exceptional Volunteer for her work done at Fox Hollow Elementary School. She serves as the President of the PTO, as well as Vice President of Fundraising, on top of her work as a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker. Way to go Jill!
