#3 – BIG 12 PRO DAY: COLORADO BUFFALOS TAKE CENTER STAGE IN NFL SHOWCASE

The Big 12 Pro Day returns March 18-21 at the Ford Center in Frisco, Texas, featuring over 200 players, including 13 from Colorado, highlighted by Heisman winner Travis Hunter and QB Shedeur Sanders. Hosted in partnership with the NFL, the event will bring nearly 300 scouts and personnel to evaluate top talent ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft. CU’s roster includes six offensive, six defensive, and one special teams player, with several athletes looking to impress after missing the NFL Scouting Combine. The NFL Network will air live coverage from 12-3 p.m. CT on March 19-20, and the Allstate Institute will provide leadership, branding, and mental health programming for players. NOBULL remains the official apparel sponsor. This showcase won’t replace CU’s traditional Pro Day in Boulder, expected later in March. Fans can watch these Buffaloes compete live as they take a crucial step toward their NFL dreams.

#4 – IS THE HOUSING MARKET FINALLY SHIFTING IN FAVOR OF BUYERS?

The housing market is shifting as inventory increases, giving buyers more leverage in some areas after years of seller dominance. A seller’s market occurs when demand exceeds supply, leading to bidding wars and rising prices, while a buyer’s market favors those purchasing, with more choices and negotiating power. While many locations remain seller-friendly, some metro areas now have more homes for sale than before the pandemic, creating opportunities for buyers. Navigating these changes requires a knowledgeable real estate agent who understands local market trends and can strategize accordingly. As inventory grows, the market may be balancing out—but location remains key.
